"The Stables", thus named for it's position on a heritage block where historically a stable once sat, was a tough little nut to crack. We were asked to fit a 3 bedroom townhouse, with multi-function capabilities allowing for a ground floor office space on a 120sqm site with difficult council regulations.

When we walked in to this Modernist home and saw the intact naturalistic pallette and jaw-dropping valley views, all we could say was "wow"!, Iit is in need of a lot of love, and we have a lot to give!

Stage 1 GF Reception areas and cashier has already been launched and we are looking forward to continuing the transformation of this wonderful building for Australia's largest auction house. Leonard is not driven by fads and fashions but by more lasting qualities of beauty, craftsmanship, individuality and provenance. Clients are enjoying the glamourous new interiors which bring alive the history of the firm and it's school-house home.

Tailored House is a beautiful new build project A&M are developing for a young family with a strong design and fashion aesthetic. To fit all the requirements of this families brief we had to be very clever with Space, Light, Views, and creating separation whilst still maintaining connection. Oh boy!
